Trusted by frontline care teams across the US

Is Elora HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Elora operates as a Business Associate and signs BAAs with all customers and third-party vendors. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), and PHI is stored in single-tenant environments separate from all other data.
Does Elora use patient data to train its AI?
No. Elora never uses PHI to train its models. All transcripts are de-identified through a strict redaction protocol before any model training occurs.
Will AI replace our care managers?
No — Elora is a decision-support tool, not a replacement. Care managers review and co-create every next step with the patient. AI-generated summaries and resource recommendations are always validated by a human professional.
How does Elora protect patient data across partner organizations?
Elora's Federated Privacy Framework allows different entities — clinics, food banks, and CBOs — to share only the specific data they're authorized to handle. Individual PHI is never exposed to other agencies; only de-identified patterns are exchanged across the network.
Does Elora integrate with our EHR?
Our 2026 roadmap includes light EHR integration via Redox Middleware, with HL7 and FHIR write-back support for Z-codes and Social History fields. In the meantime, Elora is designed to complement your existing systems without requiring complex integration upfront.
How does Elora ensure care is delivered equitably?
Elora's supervisor dashboards provide real-time monitoring of demographic distribution and intervention velocity, so administrators can audit whether social care is reaching all populations equitably. We also avoid using cost as a proxy for need — a common source of bias in healthcare AI.
